What services do you offer?
We specialize in wedding videography and photography — including weddings, elopements, engagements, and lifestyle sessions like maternity or family shoots. Each story we tell is unique, heartfelt, and intentionally crafted to reflect your day.
Do you travel for weddings and elopements?
Absolutely! We’re based in Western North Carolina but love traveling to new places to film love stories. Travel fees may apply depending on distance, and we’ll include those in your quote upfront.
What’s included in my package?
Each package includes a set number of hours of coverage, a professionally edited highlight film or photo gallery, and digital delivery via a beautiful online portal. Options like drone footage, audio recording, second shooters, and add-ons can vary depending on your chosen package.
What’s the difference between a Highlight Film and a Full Story / Documentary Edit?
A Highlight Film is a cinematic short film (typically 4–8 minutes) that captures the emotion and story of your day with music, vows, and speeches.
A Full Story Edit (or Documentary Edit) includes your ceremony, speeches, and other key moments in full — perfect for couples who want every detail preserved.
Do you provide raw or unedited footage?
We offer an optional Full Story Collection add-on, which includes all usable footage, curated and lightly color-corrected for easy viewing. This gives you every moment without the clutter of truly raw clips.
How long does it take to receive our photos or video?
Our standard delivery time is 6–8 weeks after your wedding. During peak season, turnaround may extend to 10–12 weeks as we give every project the attention it deserves.
How do payments work?
A 50% booking fee is required to officially reserve your wedding date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding day. All invoices, contracts, and payments can be easily managed through your Client Portal.
What happens if our wedding is postponed or rescheduled?
We completely understand that life happens. We’ll do everything we can to move your date, pending availability. Any travel or accommodation changes will be handled individually.
Can we add more time or upgrade coverage later?
Yes! You can add extra hours or upgrade your package anytime before the wedding. Just let us know early so we can adjust our schedule and make sure we’re fully prepared.
Are you insured and do you use backup equipment?
Yes and yes. We carry full business insurance and always bring backup cameras, batteries, and memory cards to ensure we never miss a moment.
Will you film or photograph everything?
We capture as much as possible within your booked hours. That includes all the major moments — from getting ready to your final dance — while also catching those in-between, candid memories that make your day feel real.
How do you handle audio for vows and speeches?
We use professional wireless recorders and discreet mics to capture crystal-clear sound for vows, toasts, and key moments without interfering with the experience.
Can you work alongside our photographer or planner?
Absolutely! We love collaborating with other vendors to make your day seamless. If you already have a photographer, we’ll coordinate timing and creative shots so everything flows beautifully.
How do we stay in touch during planning?
We’ll send you helpful emails, questionnaires, and reminders throughout the process. You can text, call, or email us anytime — and we also offer video chats for quick check-ins if you prefer face-to-face conversations.
