Inquiries & Booking

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve your date. A date is only secured once a signed agreement and the required retainer are received.

Payments & Retainer

• A non-refundable retainer is due at booking to reserve your date.
• The remaining balance is due according to the schedule in your agreement.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe; by paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Services & Delivery

The specific coverage, deliverables, and timelines for your wedding are described in your individual agreement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it. Editing style and creative decisions remain at our professional discretion.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details and a realistic timeline for your day.
• Ensure we have safe access and the permissions needed to work at your venue(s).
• Treat our team professionally; we reserve the right to step away from unsafe or abusive situations.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your agreement.

Intellectual Property

We retain copyright to all images and films we create. You receive a personal-use license to view, share, and print your gallery. We may use selected images and footage to promote our work unless your agreement states otherwise.

SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number you consent to receive transactional text messages about your inquiry and booking. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
